ABOUT THE COURSE
Set gracefully in front of the Brokenback Mountain range, this course gently winds through undisturbed wetlands, towering eucalyptus trees and other native flora.
Though many wide undulating fairways and greens will present themselves, The Vintage can be regarded as a “tale of two 9’s”. In true Norman fashion, this course presents a very target-based front nine with numerous challenging doglegs where a long-iron off the tee is usually the weapon of choice. The back nine presents more of an open resort-style feel with wide fairways and plenty of Norman’s trademark bunkering. Due to this, an emphasis on course management and smart club-selection is demanded throughout your entire, visually stunning round.

Your Hunter Valley Day Trip Itinerary
~ Leaving Sydney at 6:00am, we will drive north to the Hunter Valley arriving at The Vintage Golf Club at approx 8:00am for a 9:00am Tee time.
~ Your round of golf will finish at approx 1:00pm at a which time you will enjoy a leisurely and sumptuous gourmet lunch on-site at the course’s magnificent, ‘Legends Bar Grill’ until approx 2:30pm.
~ After lunch, over the next 1.5 hours, we will visit three of the Hunter’s most spectacular vineyards to sample this region’s finest drops. Feel free to purchase any of your favourites!
~ At approx 4:15pm we will start our drive back to Sydney returning you to the city by approx 6:30pm, in time for your evening plans.
